Sofrito Latin Restaurant offers a Latin American infused cuisine and drinks utilizing natural ingredients from many different countries. The concept was created by Ana & Hector Batista, both from the Dominican Republic. Hector has over 35 years of culinary experience, both as executive chef and culinary teacher.
